The Creators Update for Windows 10 was released a few months ago and there are several reports that the update brings with it performance problems in games. Now, Microsoft finally takes the problem seriously.
Since April, some players complain of blatant performance problems in games, which they attribute to the Creators Update of Windows 10. Reported by randomly occurring fps drops and generally stuttering games. This applies in particular to well-known and popular games like Battlefield 1, Overwatch and Rocket League.
But only after months and many complaints Microsoft took the problem and confirmed the reports. A bug in the creator’s update is to be guilty and one has already identified several different sources of error. One of these has already been eliminated, and the other causes of error are being worked on.
Therefore, Microsoft recommends that you install one of the latest insider builds that already contain the fix of one of the problems. This applies in particular to versions 16273 and later. There is no schedule for the final solution to the problem. In the middle of October, however, the case Creators Update for Windows 10 is available and affected players can hope that this will contain the latest bug fixes.
